Prior to forming Hornsby Consulting, Angela built her career as a human resource and an operations executive with leading hospitality organizations. As Chief People Officer at Sbarro, Angela led all areas of human resource strategies, practices, and programs. Before joining Sbarro, she held the positions of vice-president of organization development/effectiveness for DineEquity, as well as vice-president human resources for Applebee’s. Angela former roles also include vice president human resources and vice president operations for TGI Fridays and Carlson Companies, as well as vice-president knowledge management for ClubCorp. Since 2008, Angela has served on the board of directors of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She is a past winner of the WFF Leadership Award, as well as the Eliot Motivator of the Year Award. Angela also serves on the board of the University of North Texas School of Hospitality and Merchandising.

Angela resides in the Houston, TX area with her husband John and two children.

Patricia "Patti" Wilmot is executive vice president of PeopleFirst for Domino's Pizza, the recognized world leader in pizza delivery. She brings to the company her extensive global enterprise experience managing strategic human capital initiatives in the areas of organizational development, succession planning, talent management and leadership development. ln addition to a solid human resource knowledge, she has been involved in successful mergers, the acquisition and selling of large organizations, and participated in the initial public offering and equity program development for Domino's Pizza.

During the course of her career, she has overseen international people management in Europe, the Far East and Mexico. Starting her career at Alpo Petfoods lnc., she led numerous union negotiations, participated in selling strategic business units and was appointed to the position of senior vice president of human resources for the Haagen-Dazs Company, a subsidiary of Grand Metropolitan. Wilmot left Grand Metropolitan to lead strategic planning from a human resource perspective for a division of Coors as they moved to acquire various graphic packaging companies. She then joined Brach & Brock Confections as senior vice president of human resources, managing companywide employee relations, including the Chicago manufacturing plants and participating on the due diligence team relating to the owner's desire to sell the company.

Wilmot joined Domino's Pizza in 2000. The goal was to create a best-in-class human resource department and build a people-first culture for the companyowned stores, which employ more than 12,000 team members worldwide. Additionally, she is responsible for learning and development, people practices and labor law initiatives for the franchise community, which covers more than 10,000 stores worldwide that employ over 150,000 team members. Wilmot has led employee retention programs resulting in significant turnover reduction, created award-winning leadership development programs that include all aspects of building a "bench" of future business leaders. Domino's training programs have won a "Stevie" award from the American Business Association and Wilmot is a sought-after speaker on a number of human resource issues, from recruiting and retention to reward and recognition.

Wilmot is perceived as a business partner who happens to run the human resource department. Her experiences at the board level, on compensation committees, managing global people issues as well as participating on a leadership team provide a solid leadership foundation.

Wilmot is a board member of the Women's Foodservice Forum and also PeopleMatter, a talent management company. She is also a member of the Domino's Pizza Women's Leadership Forum.

In addition, Mr. Murphy is the founding partner of Plymouth Cove Associates, LLC, and is an independent consultant and investor and is actively involved in several family-owned businesses, most notably FourKE, Inc., an owner/operator of multiple Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich franchises.

He has spent over 25 years in the packaged goods business and is widely known as a strong strategic marketer, specifically gaining extensive knowledge of the North American food industry while serving on management teams acknowledged as driving impressive corporate growth. Among other industry groups, Mr. Murphy served on the Board of Directors of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association.

He spent 21 years with Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., from 1980 to 2001. At Ocean Spray, he most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer of that US$2.5 Billion food and beverage company. Prior to being named COO, Mr. Murphy was the senior Marketing & Sales officer at Ocean Spray with overall P&L responsibility for all domestic and international sales and marketing efforts, including advertising and promotions budgets in excess of $250 million….prior to that he served as VP Foodservice.

During his years at Ocean Spray, Mr. Murphy was the point person for the development, negotiation and management of Ocean Spray’s groundbreaking alliance with Pepsi, as well as the purchase of Nantucket Nectars.

In 1996, Promo Magazine named him Marketer of the Year for his dedication to building brand equity and for his creative drive in developing and supporting cutting edge consumer marketing programs. Brand Week Magazine named him Marketer of the Year in 1998.

Mr. Murphy was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the FPI Marketing and Value Added Group in February 2002, North America’s largest supplier of seafood to the Foodservice industry. He retired in 2006 after leading FPI to record levels in revenues and profitability. Immediately prior to joining FPI, Mr. Murphy spent two years as an owner/partner and Chief Executive Officer in Woolf Associates, a full-service sports and entertainment management and marketing firm representing hundreds of professional athletes as well as dozens of corporations – such as EMC, Verizon, John Hancock and Gillette. He oversaw the profitable sale of Woolf at the end of 2003.

Mr. Murphy holds an AB degree from Harvard University and a MBA from Vanderbilt University, and serves on the Board of Directors of The Narragansett Beer Company, Blount Fine Foods, O’Keefe & Partners, Connected Living, Inc., CBI, Inc. and FourKE, Inc., as well as the Boards of several civic associations. He lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts, with his wife, Kathleen.
